Shipping cost
US shipping is free, with no minimum order. Applicable sales taxes are included in the displayed product prices. Import duties for overseas shipments, if assessed, are the recipient's responsibility. Check that your address is eligible at checkout before paying.
Origin and timing
The product page identifies the shipping origin for each item.
- US warehouse: Estimated delivery within 8 calendar days of payment, including up to 24 hours for our order handling and up to 7 calendar days for warehouse processing and delivery.
- China: 1–2 business days to prepare, then up to 9 business days in transit.
Calendar days include weekends. Business days exclude weekends. Carrier closures, public holidays, weather and customs can add time. These are delivery estimates; the Halloween refund commitment below applies to eligible orders.
Halloween order deadline and arrival date
The order-by date is the deadline for placing an order, not its arrival date. For Halloween 2026, eligible orders placed by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date shown on the product page are covered for arrival by October 30, 2026. The calculation includes all order handling, processing and delivery time, plus two additional business days as a cushion. US items use up to 8 calendar days in total; China items use up to 11 business days. The current cutoffs are October 20 for US items and October 13 for China items.
If an eligible order arrives after October 30, we refund it in full and arrange any required return at our cost. Orders placed after the cutoff can still be shipped, but arrival before Halloween is not promised. This does not affect refunds for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items.
Sets and split shipments
Sets contain separate products and may arrive in separate parcels on different days. The set deadline uses its slowest component. You will receive tracking as parcels ship.
Tracking and address changes
Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Earlier orders
Orders placed before this update, including FingerLock orders, keep the terms, return rights, delivery promises and warranties in force when purchased. Contact the address in your order confirmation for help. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
