Shipping cost

For the current offer, shipping to the United States is free, with no minimum order.

Where we ship

The current offer is directed to United States addresses. The lumbar wrap is confirmed for shipping across the United States. We do not promise delivery to territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other special destinations unless checkout and our supplier confirm them for your order.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch in approximately four days. Weekends and public holidays can extend this. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it is not presented as a number of business days.

Transit estimates

Our supplier quotes these transit estimates after dispatch: hand, neck and facial products, 4–13 days; lumbar wrap, 4–12 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. The quote states days after dispatch and does not label them as calendar or business days, so we present them as quoted.

Import charges and sales tax

Delivery is quoted DDP: import handling is included in the delivery service. DDP covers import charges; it is not the same as US sales tax. We do not promise that product prices include US sales tax.

Tracking

We share tracking details by email when the carrier provides them. If tracking has not updated for several days, email support@tervuno.shop with your order number.

Earlier orders

Orders placed before October 10, 2026 keep the terms, return rights, delivery promises and warranties in force when they were purchased. For help with one of those orders, reply to your original order confirmation email or write to support@tervuno.shop. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
